nthony's father sold the product, as now realized, through an earlier kind of network marketing technique. How amazing! Anthony's dad sold his products through a system of direct sales. Isn't that something? Not only was he conceivably the first person in North America to have thought about the tonic herb concept, but he was probably the first person who actually made a product based on that concept and, again, marketed it through a system of direct sellers. Anthony's father's business prospered and it is really amazing today, more than 60 years later, to think that his first original Whole Body Tonic was born and then sold to thousands of satisfied consumers who sent in astonishing testimonials.

Anthony's sister, Lauretta, was a secretary at their dad's company, and one of her duties was to handle all the incoming testimonials. As she read them she began to realize what her father was doing --changing people's lives with his Whole Body Tonic. These testimonials were just outrageous. But Lauretta, Norman and Anthony were surprised by all the testimonials that were received, since they were there by their dad's side, stuffing, filling, gluing, shaking, packaging, shipping, billing, and even designing the original company logo which was derived from the Whole Body Tonic label that Anthony's father was producing -- what foresight Norman Jurak and his father had to use those three words; purity, quality and precision.

As Anthony's father's business flourished, he had to move everything to bigger and better accommodations in order to meet the demands. At this time, the Jurak family was living on St. Louis Road. So, he rented a place at 351 Boulevard Charest, Quebec City, where he compounded his 'preparation' and had his sales and administration offices on St. Jean Street also in Quebec City. In the next few months, the growth continued at such a fast pace that the basement and garages of the new family home in Sillery, Quebec had to be converted into a larger manufacturing facility.

But, it was indeed tragic that in the fall of 1959, Anthony's father came home from working in his laboratory and found his mother unconscious after she had slipped in the bathtub. She had hit her head hard enough to have broken some blood vessels in the brain and 7 months later, still in a coma, she was taken up by the Good Lord.

Anthony's father was shattered, and so distraught he was, that he completely ignored his then thriving herbal tonic distribution business that unfortunately disintegrated, and along with that sad event, all the wonderful formulations were cast aside.

Then in the early 1960's, Anthony's father gave him all of his formulations to do with however he pleased. And so, in January of 1999, Jurak Corporation World Wide Inc. began marketing the first one of these timeless formulae, the Jurak Classic Whole Body Tonic, now known by the world fondly as JC Tonic^®.

What was most astonishing at the time Anthony began re-visiting all the papers that his father had left him were the incredible testimonials dating back as far as 1945. These testimonials are dearly cherished since they are the first of many to confirm the life changing properties this formula, JC Tonic , had and is having on peoples' lives.

This wonderful Whole Body Tonic formula was born and raised in the basement of the Jurak family home using rudimentary techniques for manufacturing and packaging.
